Role:
You are responsible for day to day operations of a property management company, including planning and daily communication with the owners.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy and planning with company owners - Preparation and correspondence with contractors and tenants - Handling incoming sale call or other call to the office - Following up on sales leads & helping onboard new clients - Maintain tenant and property files - Calling tenants, handling delinquencies and payment plans, following up on inspections issues/damage, lease renewals, etc.
