Local landscape firm seeking highly motivated persons.
We are searching for laborer applicants that have the ability to learn through hands on experience and training, and grow with our company.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
We offer health, dental and eye insurance to full time employees along with a disability and gap policy as well as profit sharing and performance bonuses.
We also provide commercial snow and ice management in the winter for year round work.

You will need to have a valid and clean driving license and willing to get a chauffeur's license and dot medical card.

Duties:
- Perform tree care, including pruning, trimming, and removal - Maintain and care for landscapes by mowing, edging, and weeding - Conduct landscape maintenance tasks such as planting flowers, shrubs, and trees - Utilize mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain landscaping equipment - Assist with snow removal and plowing during winter months Skills:
- Some knowledge of grounds keeping practices and techniques - Proficient in mowing, trimming, edging, and other landscape maintenance tasks - Experience in tree care including pruning, trimming, and removal - Ability to build and install some hardscape features with precision - Mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain landscaping equipment - Familiarity with garden maintenance tasks such as planting and watering - Physical stamina to perform manual labor including digging and lifting heavy objects Note:
