Duties - Greet clients and their pets with a warm and friendly demeanor - Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's appointment calendar - Answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries from clients - Collect and update client information in the clinic's database - Assist with check-in and check-out procedures for patients - Process payments and handle financial transactions - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area - Assist veterinary staff with various administrative tasks as needed Requirements - Previous experience working in a veterinary clinic or animal-related field is preferred - Knowledge of basic veterinary terminology and procedures is a plus - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient computer skills, including experience with veterinary software systems - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping Skills:
