JOB REQUIREMENTS Greet customers in a prompt and courteous manner.
Schedule service appointments and collect vehicle information.
Secure agreement from customer before repairs are done.
Clearly explain the requested service on the repair order.
Estimate the cost and time needed to do the repair.
Advise customers on the proper care of their vehicle and the importance of proper maintenance.
Communicate the need for additional service when needed, using a detailed explanation.
Handle customer complaints and maintain high CSI.
Utilized Mitchell on-demand for accurate pricing.
Utilize different finance methods to help customers with repair quotes.
MANDATORY JOB REQUIREMENTS Must have excellent sales skills and an aggressive approach.
Must know how to utilize Mitchell-On Demand point-of-sale or learn quickly Must have automotive experience.
Must know how to handle after-market vehicle warranties.
Must know how to use different finance methods to help customers secure funding.
Must be able to work with individuals as a team.
Must be dependable.
Must utilize online ordering to source different parts.
WHAT WE OFFER Starting base salary $100,000 a year Tiered sales bonus paid weekly.
Top producers will make over $200,000 a year between salary and weekly bonus.
